Prague is a very attractive destination for holidays and some of our apartments can be reserved months in advance

reserve the apartment you liked most , it might be a good idea to take some time and plan your trip in advance. We accept reservations even a year in advance.

The quality of the online service is an important issue, however we are aware that the most important when booking an apartment is the price. Or, better said, the balance between the price and the quality of the accommodation.

Full Prices

All apartments on our website have full rates which include all taxes and fees, so you won’t have unpleasant surprises after booking.

We have more expensive apartments and economic apartments, however we are always trying to keep the balance between cost and quality, and to make sure that the location of the apartment, in the historical centre of Prague or in good residential areas nearby is also rewarding.

Save with every booking

If you have already booked an apartment with us, your second booking will automatically benefit of 5% discount. This discount can be combined with other offers and discounts that we may have for a certain apartment so it can add up to a large discount.

Special offers and Best deals

We are always trying to find the best deal for you.

Our special offers are especially designed for you, to meet your requirements and to reward you for being our guest.

If you are travelling to Prague with your children, our special deal is not to charge kids up to 12 years old at some of our apartments.

If you are travelling to Prague with a larger group , you can benefit of 5% discount for booking 2 apartments together. This offer applies to all our apartments all year long.

If you are staying for 7 nights or more, you get a good discount: at some of our apartments you have up to 10% discount, at other apartments you can have one night free!

Last minute bookings can benefit from 10 - 30% discount. This always depends on the availability of our apartments.

We are happy to give away our apartments with a discounted price to you. We would like to give an advice though: if you prefer a certain apartment, don’t wait until a few days before arrival. You can be lucky and get the apartment at a very good rate; however it is possible that the apartment would not be available, especially on very busy periods like from Easter to June, August to October.

Our best deal for you: you can combine the discounts

Let’s run a simple calculation.

Suppose you have 2 kids under 12 years old, and you wish to stay in Prague for a week. We can offer some apartments in the historical centre (Prague 1), like the Vodickova or Dusni, with discounts as follows:

- the rate would be for 2 adults, because your kids do not count in the calculation of the price.
- weekly discount of 5% applies
- and if it is the second time you book with us, you get another 5%.

This can allow you to book an apartment by the Old Town Square at just 53 euros a night in winter or 79 euros a night in summer.

Or you can stay a week with a group. At the moment we have many apartments in Prague that are 2 or more in the same building and can easily accommodate larger groups. For the sake of the example, let’s take the Janacek apartments:

- weekly discount of 10% applies
- book 2 apartments together, another 5% discount applies
- and if it is the second time you book with us, you get another 5%.

So it adds up to 20% discount, which in the winter it can be 51 euros a night per apartment, and in summer 71 euros a night per apartment. (We based the calculation above on the occupancy of 4 persons in each apartment. Please see the actual rates on the apartment’s detailed page.)

Please note: we are constantly improving our website with new offers. On the automatic price calculation on our website it is possible that some of the offers would not be listed, especially last minute deals or general offers like booking 2 apartments together.

All calculations start from the full rates of each apartment which are on our website - so you can calculate your rate or contact us if you have a special request.

We offer the posibility of checking availability online

On our website , through the Fast Enquiry form on the left, you can see the available apartments we have for specific dates. We do our best to keep the availability database up to date, by updating it every 24 hours. However please note that since we offer over 150 individual apartments and not hotel rooms, the online calendar cannot reflect with 100% accuracy the actual availability. If for instance there is a booking in process for one of our apartments, on our website the apartment will be shown as free until the booking is confirmed (in maximum 24 hours).

Please feel free to contact us and we would be happy to answer all your questions. If you let us know that you wish to book a particular apartment, we will hold it for you if it is available.

We offer the possibility of calculating your price online

When searching for availability on our website, the full rate for each apartment appears for the requested dates. On the details page of each flat, there is also a price calculator based on the number of persons and the dates of your stay. The rates displayed in the calculations are based on the regular rates of each apartment and do not include special offers and discounts that we may have for a certain period.

In other words, the price calculated on our website is the maximum rate to pay for the requested dates for each apartment, to which discounts may apply. Please see our special offers on our website , or contact us to check the deals.

We have a very simple booking procedure

... we only request to fill in our online form .

We ask for your EMAIL address because we always send the confirmation of booking in written form. This is required field.

We ask for your TELEPHONE NUMBER so that we would be able to contact you on last minute if necessary. We can confirm your booking without this information, but it is very useful.

We ask for your ADDRESS only to write it on your receipt of payment. This information is facultative.

TAXI: we offer transfer service from the airport, train stations or bus station. Transfers can be booked any time until a few hours before arrival, and can be cancelled a few hours before arrival the latest without cancellation charge. In case of no-show or very late cancellation, the cost of transfer will be required as cancellation fee.

As an additional condition, we sometimes ask for a DEPOSIT in advance to secure your booking. We do not request deposits for all bookings: only for some apartments, or for large bookings of over 1000 euros, or over the New Year.

Deposits can be paid by bank transfer or online through the secure PayPal system. Most of our guests choose payment by credit card, so we usually send invoices through PayPal; it is a simple procedure, you only have to enter the site and insert your credit card details online.

OFFERS: Our online form calculates your price based on the regular rates we have for each apartment and does not include offers. If there are offers available for your dates or if we offered you a special deal by email, we will take it into consideration and update your booking confirmation according to it.

We accept payment in euros for our apartments

The prices on our website are all in euro and the payment should be made in cash (in euro) upon arrival. Please note that since in the Czech Republic we are still using the Czech Crowns, you cannot take out euros from ATMs in Prague, only Czech Crowns.

We also accept payment in Czech Crowns

If it is not comfortable for you to bring euros, just let us know and we will quote you the price in Czech Crowns instead of euro. You can take out money directly in Czech Crowns from your credit card.

We quote you the full prices for all of our apartments

The prices for all our apartments are the final prices you will need to pay for your apartment, per night, for the dates you wish to come. Towels, linen, soap are included, and also all the additional taxes such as VAT. You will not have to pay any hidden fees.

The taxi transfer is not included in the price for your accommodation

What is NOT included in the price is the taxi from the railway station or airport. Although most of our guests prefer to reserve a taxi for their arrival and departure, we wish to be flexible and not overcharge our guests with additional services that they might not need. The price for the taxi is 25 euros from the airport and 14 euros from the train station (for one car, which can take up to 4 people).

Regular cancellation policy (which applies for all the reservation for the low and mid season)

In case of no-show or cancellation 72 hours before your arrival or less, the cancellation charge is 50% of the total cost of your accommodation.
Your deposit is returned if you notify us of your cancellation more than 7 days before the scheduled arrival.

Cancellation policy for holiday season

There are no charges for cancellation if you notify us at least 14 days before your arrival date. If you cancel your booking giving less than 14 days notice, the cancellation charge is 30% of the total cost of your accommodation. In case of no-show or cancellation 72 hours before your arrival or less, the cancellation charge is 50% of the total cost of your accommodation.

You will only need to fill in our reservation form

We will confirm your reservation based on our reservation form. After we receive your reservation form we will prepare your booking confirmation, which we will send you by email within 24 hours.

Other requirements (only for some periods and some apartments)

For our reservations we will require a deposit paid in advance. In case of cancellation more than 7 days before your arrival, we'll return the deposit to you. In case you need to cancel your reservation less than 7 days before your arrival, the deposit will not be returned, as cancellation charge.
During holidays this period is usually 14 days, but it can be up to 30 days on some of our apartments.
For high season reservation the minimum stay requirement for our apartments is 3 - 7 nights. Please see each apartment's page for the special requirements we might have for it.
