Apartment DescriptionOn Tynska street we offer three new apartments, with different layouts that fit the needs of couples, families and larger groups of friends. The apartments have just been renovated and refurnished and are located in an aristocratic building from 14 century, at only a few steps from the Old Town Square. The house was built during the 14 th century in gothic style, under the rule of King Karel IV, and changed owners until 1617 when it became the property of the Czech nobleman, Lord Vaclav Budovec from Budov (1551 - 1621). On our building, Lord Budovecīs statue stands as testimony of its history. Tynska 3 is a very large apartment of 160 sq.m.; it has three bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilette, a wardrobe and a kitchen. Due to the size of the rooms, we placed 2 double beds in the first two bedrooms and 4 double beds in the third bedroom. As the apartment is best suited for up to 8 persons, we offer flexible and very comfortable sleeping arrangements for our guests. The kitchen includes an oven, a fridge, a kettle and dining area. The bathroom is new, and has a bath tub with shower, toilette and bidet; there is also a separate toilet in the apartment. PC or notebook with free internet connection is available at the apartment. The apartment Tynska 3 can be rented together with the Tynska 2, to allow comfortable accommodation for larger groups. The Tynska street is named after the church Our Lady Before Tyn, which is on our street. The spires of the church Our Lady Before Tyn dominate the Old Town Square, and became a symbol of Prague Old Town. |
