In the heart of the New Town, in the historical centre, we offer 2 new apartments, which became available in October 2007. The two apartments Pstrossova 1 and Pstrossova 3 are very similar in style, layout and equipment, and since they are in the same building they can be rented together to allow accommodation of large groups of up to 17 persons.

Pstrossova Apartment 3 is a 2 bedrooms apartment with adjoining living room, on the third floor of our building. No need to climb any stairs, as the apartment has a lift.

Due to the size of the apartment, 110 sq.m., and to the fact that it has 2 bathrooms (both with bathtubs), the apartment is especially convenient for groups of up to 10 persons. A double bed is placed in each of the rooms: so there are a total of 3 double beds, in each of the 2 bedrooms, and in the living room. There are 2 additional single beds in the larger bedroom, and a comfortable sofa bed for 2 in the living room (which can be used as 2 single beds). The apartment is comfortably furnished with IKEA furnishings, and completely equipped.

Additional facilities include a LCD TV with satellite channels, DVD player (plays also MP3, Audio, DivX,...), Hi-Fi system, a safe and Free Wi-Fi internet. Kitchen amenities include dishes, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, oven, a dining area with table for 6 persons. There is also a washing machine in the bathroom, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board.

Pstrossova is a street in the district known as the New Town, in Prague 1. The location is very central, at a stone throw from the river Vltava, and within easy walking distance of all the tourist sites and attractions. Although the street is rather quiet, there is no shortage of well priced restaurants and bars in the area. The National Theatre and Wenceslas Square with its lively atmosphere is a few minutes from the apartment.
